Velvet Rope & MJ – A Live Band Tribute to Janet Jackson and Michael Jackson will perform for the first time in Athens at the Historic Morton Theatre on Friday, January 20, 2023.

When you gather talented musicians, singers and dancers who are also fans of Janet Jackson and Michael Jackson, you get VELVET ROPE & MJ! This live show features the concert-feel, talent and excitement you’d expect from the real thing. You’ll be dancing and singing along to all your favorite hits. It is definitely a tribute show you don’t want to miss! Plus, as a part of their “Give Back” mission, they have partnered with The Food Bank of Northeast Georgia to drive donations to the local organization via a virtual food drive.
