Our bands play the favorites from all genres of music including Motown, Oldies, Beach, Jazz, R&B, 60’s, 70’s, 80’s, 90’s music, Classic Rock, Country, Standards and Hip-Hop.

Who are we looking for? Fast paced, commission only, high earnings potential with the high demand for our service, we need more quality people to join our team!

If you are looking for:

• High earnings varying from $78K – $182k for top producers
• Lead program with 30-60 exclusive leads provided weekly or bi-weekly
• Residual incentives, and trips to exotic locations every year with every 10 closings
• Merit based growth opportunities
• Close team environment
• Hands-on training if necessary/ongoing coaching
• Flexibility

Expectations:

• Calling and scheduling appointments with provided leads and referrals
• Conducting in-person presentations to sell Flash Entertainment Services
• Building community relationships in and out of the entertainment industry
• Maintaining acceptable quality of business
• Being a contributing member of a team

Qualifications:

• High level of integrity
• Previous experience in senior sales is a plus but NOT required
• Ability to drive to appointments and conduct presentations
• Strong work ethic is a must
• Outgoing personality is a huge plus
• Must be extremely coachable
